STEPS TO USE SHIPPING FEE CALCULATOR

  1. Scroll down VT’s website and you will find our Shipping Fee Calculator at the bottom website on your left.
  2. Select which area you are in.
  3. Select your delivery method.
  4. Click calculate. And you will be able to know your Shipping Fee.

 

  • You can always use our Ship For Me service.
  • Here we show you a simplified version tutorial on how to use our Ship For Me service.
There are 2 parts for this tutorial. Part 1 is about how to start ship your goods from China,
  • Register your account.
  • Key in the VT warehouse address on the 1688 or Taobao site.
  • How to place your parcel information to our system.
  • How to add multiple items.
  • How to submit a Delivery Order.
  • How to top up.
Part 2 is a tutorial on how to key in your parcel information in our system using more efficient method and save time by  using:
  • Google Chrome Extension.
  • By filling in and submitting the product information to ship at our portal.
  • Upload Excel.

STEPS FOR REGISTRATION
  1. Click “Register” at the top of the page for registration.
  2. Fill up all your information (PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY FOR USERNAME).
  3. Click agree for the Privacy Policy.
  4. Click submit.
  5. You will automatically login after you have successfully registered.
  6. Congratulations, now you are part of our family!

  • No worries, you still can pay your goods by using our Buy For Me service through bank transfer (FPX).

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:
  • Use our Buy For Me on our system.
  • How to check the domestic fees?
    • Go back to the link you copy from the sites → Click right click to translate in English → Click at the “Logistic Changing to” → Click at our warehouse location (Guangdong, Guangzhou) → The Express Fee is the Domestic Fee.
  • How to Top up? – You can choose 2 different ways to Top Up. Billplz or by Bank Transfer.

REWARD POINTS REDEMPTION

Don’t worry, you can redeem your Reward Points by following these steps.

  1. After logging in, reward points will show the customer’s points and point records.

2. You can redeem points at the bottom of the waybill details page if the waybill is payable (waiting for payment).

3. Choose the use of points and enter the amount of points to be used. The system will calculate the deductible shipping cost.

4. There is a notice of reward points next to the payment button.

5. After the points have been used, the waybill details will display the information about the points deduction after payment.

(* If bonus points are accessible, the total amount after deduction will be used to calculate the bonus points.)

AFFILIATE ACCOUNT

  • You can use our Affiliate Account. You will receive 2% commission! The more downline you have, the more you will earn.
  • Just by sending a link registration to your friends and family and then you will receive your commission once they use our service. The commission will be directly transferred to your top up.

STEPS FOR AFFILIATE

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to the Affiliate Account.
  3. Click on ‘Tracking code’ and share the URL with your friends or downline.
  4. After your friends or your downline already register, they will automatically become your downline.
  5. Click ‘Downline’ to check your downline list.
  6. Click ‘Transaction’ to check your commission.
  7. Your commission will be added to your top up monthly.

  1. Login to your Taobao account.
  2. Choose items.
  3. Click on VT Nation Extension.
  4. Login to our system.
  5. Click “I Want to Purchase”.
  6. Choose your goods variation and click Add to Cart.
  7. Open our system for the payment process.

STEPS TO SHIP FOR ME [CHROME EXTENSION]
  1. Login to your Taobao.
  2. Go to Product Boughts.
  3. Choose your item that you want to ship.
  4. Click ‘Add Product Order’ and ‘Submit Product Order’.
  5. Choose the warehouse and click Submit.
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. Login to our system and go to My Product to check your goods status.

BUY FOR ME

  • It’s okay, you can use our Buy For Me services.
“What is Buy For Me?”
  • Buy For Me is a service that helps you in purchasing goods from China. You do not need to trouble yourself to learn how to use 1688 / Taobao platform. Our team will handle and purchase your goods on your behalf responsively. The Buy For Me service fee is 3%. The domestic fee is not included in the service charge.
“How to Buy For Me?”
  • You can follow the tutorial below:
STEPS TO BUY FOR ME
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click “Buy For Me” on the Menu Tab.
  3. Please make sure you already top up on your account first.
  4. Click Top up and choose between Billplz (Internet Transfer) or Bank Transfer (Manual).
  5. If you choose Billplz the top up will automatically be added to your account.
  6. If you click on Bank Transfer, you need to fill in your personal information including your bank information.(DO NOT FORGET TO INSERT YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT)
  7. Wait for our verification to verify your top up request.
  8. After successfully top up, open Taobao and search for the goods that you want to buy.
  9. Copy the URL for the goods and paste it on the ‘Buy for me’ search tab.
  10. After the description goods page appears, select your good’s variation and then click “Add to Cart”.
  11. If you want to buy something in 1688, do the same things starting from step 8.
  12. Click “Checkout” after you confirm your items.
  13. Click “Confirm order” for payment.
  14. Great! Now you successfully request us to buy your goods!
You can choose 2 different ways to Top Up.
  • Billplz (online transfer) – For Billplz, there would be transaction fee charges RM 1.50 if you top up below RM200
  • by Bank Transfer.

STEPS TO TOP UP
  1. Click on “Top up”.
  2. Choose either Billplz or Bank Transfer.
  3. If Billplz, fill in the amount that you want to Top up and Click Submit.
  4. Transaction fee will be included for amounts below RM200.
  5. Choose your online bank and click Pay.
  6. For Bank Transfer, fill in your bank information including the amount.
  7. Insert recipient image as payment evidence.
  8. Wait for the verification from VT Nation.
  • You need to submit your product order. After you successfully top up, you need
    to make a payment on your goods and confirm your product order. To understand
    more, you can refer to the tutorial below.

STEPS TO SUBMIT PRODUCT ORDER

  1. Click ‘Confirm Order’.
  2. Go to ‘My Product’ to check your good’s status.
  3. You can change or delete the request if the status is still ‘Pending’.
  • You can check your goods status at the product order. The tracking number will be provided once your goods are “On the Way”.

STEPS TO CHECK GOODS STATUS
    1. ‘In Process’: Cannot change and delete but still do not have tracking number.
    2. ‘On the way’: cannot change or delete and already has a tracking number.
  • You need to submit your delivery order to ship your goods from our warehouse (in China) to your house.

STEPS TO SUBMIT DELIVERY ORDER
    1. Choose your goods that you want to ship.
    2. Fill your information including shipping address.
    3. Choose Parcel: If you have our quotation, please click on (VIP).
    4. After choosing the right parcel, click Submit.
    5. Go to My Product to check goods status.
    6. Additional Information: You can change or delete your goods while the status is still pending.

SHIP FOR ME

  • Of course, we can. VT Nation is a logistics company that helps you to ship your goods from China to Malaysia. You can use our Ship For Me services. We can ship to West Malaysia and East Malaysia at an affordable price!

    3. Fill in your Goods Information that you want to ship.
    4. Click ‘Confirm Order’ after completing the information.
  • You can add additional addresses to our system if you want to ship your goods to a different address.

STEPS TO ADD NEW ADDRESS
  1. Go to My Account and Modify Address Book Entries.
  2. Click on ‘New Address’.
  3. Fill in the information.
  • Once the status is On the Way and the tracking number is provided, you can track the status of your parcel in our system.

  3. Click on the tracking number to check your parcel.

  • Full Volumetric, No Volumetric, and Half Volumetric are the calculation methods of the chargeable weight of goods.
