Actual weight, volumetric weight,

Actual Weight
The weight of the goods themselves plus the packaging materials.
Volumetric Weight
Length × Width × Height ÷ 6000. This estimates how much space the parcel takes up in the aircraft / container.
The Rule
- If actual weight ≥ volumetric weight, charges are based on the actual weight.
- If volumetric weight > actual weight by ≤ 10 kg, charges are still based on the actual weight.
- If volumetric weight > actual weight by > 10 kg (Half Volumetric), final weight = (actual + volumetric) ÷ 2.
- Final weight × the route's per-kg rate = your freight charge.
Worked Examples
Example 1. Actual 30 kg, volumetric 39 kg. Difference ≤ 10 kg → charge based on 30 kg.
Example 2. Actual 30 kg, volumetric 61 kg. Difference > 10 kg → Half Volumetric = (30 + 61) ÷ 2 = 45.5 kg → round up to 46 kg.

Insurance
Goods Lost Insurance [Normal]
Lost items: 100% compensation up to RM50,000. Shipments without insurance cover only RM200 or 3× shipping fee, whichever is lower. Calculated on the entire waybill — cannot insure items separately. Contact customer service to activate.
Goods Damage Insurance [Premium]
Covers external damage that affects ≥60% of item function (100% compensation), or partial damage (partial compensation), or loss (100%). Insured per single item — multiple items need multiple agreements. Manufacturer defects (no external damage) not covered. Purchase receipt and signed agreement required. Insured items must be RM1,000–RM50,000 (minimum premium RM40). Notify customer service before submitting the waybill.
Delivery Extras
Deliver upstairs service
Available at Klang Valley only. Estimated fee: RM5 per parcel + RM3 per floor for a high-rise building without a lift. Contact customer service after parcel charges are confirmed.
Multiple package shipment
Every 1 piece (1 parcel)
RM11 per parcel. Available for air freight to East Malaysia only.
China parcel delivery service
If you need us to pick up the goods from another warehouse in China, contact us for the pickup fee.
Overweight & Oversize Surcharges
Charges apply to a single parcel above the threshold (multiple parcels combined do not trigger this — each parcel is assessed individually).
Overweight per parcel (West N/S) 40–120 kg
Every 1 piece (1 parcel) over 40 kg, up to 120 kg
RM51.60 per parcel weighted over 40 kg but not more than 120 kg.
Overweight per parcel (West N/S) 121–160 kg
Every 1 piece (1 parcel) 121–160 kg
RM103.23 per parcel weighted 121–160 kg.
Overweight per parcel (West N/S) 161 kg & above
RM1 per kg, per parcel
Example: a 162 kg parcel incurs RM162 extra.
Overweight (East N) 25 kg or above
Every 1 piece (1 parcel)
Applies to East Malaysia — North (Sabah).
Overweight (East S) 50 kg or above
Applies to East Malaysia — South. No published flat rate.
Extension fee (West N/S) one side ≥ 150 cm
Every 1 piece (1 parcel)
RM180 per parcel with at least one side ≥ 150 cm.
Extension fee (East Malaysia) either side ≥ 150 cm
Example: 150 × 20 × 30 cm, actual weight 10 kg, volumetric weight 15 kg, market price RM36/kg → RM200 + (15 × 36) = RM740.
