Yes. With our Buy For Me service you can pay entirely through bank transfer (FPX) in Malaysian Ringgit — no Chinese payment method required. We handle the payment to the seller on your behalf.

Use the Shipping Calculator at the bottom of our website to estimate your cost. There are two ways to measure:

• Estimated fee — based on your goods' actual measurements.
• Accurate fee — based on the packaging measurements. Ask your supplier for these to get the closest match.

How to use the calculator:

1. Scroll to the bottom-left of our website to find the Shipping Calculator.
2. Select your area.
3. Select your delivery method.
4. Click Calculate.

Check your goods status under Product Order in your account. You will see one of these statuses:

• In Process — cannot be changed or deleted; no tracking number yet.
• On the way — cannot be changed or deleted; tracking number provided.

Our shipping rates are split across 3 delivery zones. View the full rate card for each zone on our Pricing page:

• West Malaysia
• East Malaysia — Sabah
• East Malaysia — Sarawak

These are the three methods we use to calculate the chargeable weight of your goods — which determines your shipping fee. The method applied depends on the goods type, density and delivery method.

Buy For Me is a service where we purchase goods from China on your behalf. You don't need a 1688 or Taobao account, and you don't need to speak Chinese — we handle it all.

• Service fee: 3% of the goods value.
• Domestic shipping fees inside China are not included in the service fee.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Buy For Me on the menu.
3. Top up your account first (see "How do I top up?" below).
4. Open Taobao or 1688 and find the goods you want.
5. Copy the product URL and paste it into the Buy For Me search bar.
6. Select your variation and click Add to Cart.
7. Click Checkout, then Confirm Order to pay.

That's it — we will purchase the goods on your behalf.

You can top up in two ways:

• Billplz (online transfer) — instant. A transaction fee of RM 1.50 applies for top-ups below RM 200.
• Bank transfer — manual; requires payment receipt upload and our verification.

Steps:

1. Click Top Up.
2. Choose Billplz or Bank Transfer.
3. For Billplz: enter the amount, click Submit, choose your online bank, click Pay.
4. For Bank Transfer: fill in your bank details and the amount, then upload your payment receipt as evidence.
5. Wait for VT Nation to verify your top-up (for bank transfer only).

After topping up, you need to submit and pay for your product order to confirm the purchase:

1. Click Confirm Order.
2. Go to My Product to check your goods status.
3. While the status is still Pending, you can edit or delete the request.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Ship For Me.

4. Click Confirm Order once everything is complete.

Use our Ship For Me service — you buy directly from 1688 or Taobao, ship to our China warehouse, and we forward it to your door in Malaysia.

Submit a Delivery Order to send your goods from our warehouse to your home address:

1. Choose the goods you want to ship.
2. Fill in your details, including the shipping address.
3. Choose your parcel option — if you have a VT quotation, select VIP.
4. Click Submit.
5. Go to My Product to check the goods status.

Tip: while the status is still Pending, you can change or delete the order.

You can save multiple delivery addresses in your account, so you can pick a different one at checkout.

How to add a new address:

1. Go to My Account and open Modify Address Book Entries.
2. Click New Address.
3. Fill in the address details and save.

Once your goods status is On the Way and a tracking number has been issued, you can track the parcel directly in our system:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My Product.
3. Click the tracking number to view the parcel status.

2. Open Tutorial > Chrome Extension.
3. Click Add to Chrome, then confirm Add Extension.

2. Choose the items you want.
3. Click the VT Nation extension icon in your browser.
4. Log in to our system through the extension.
5. Click I Want to Purchase.
6. Select your variation and click Add to Cart.
7. Open our website to complete the payment.

1. Log in to your Taobao account.
2. Go to Products Bought.
3. Select the item you want to ship.
4. Click Add Product Order, then Submit Product Order.
5. Choose the warehouse and click Submit, then Confirm.
6. Log in to our system and check My Product for the goods status.

Reward points can be used to offset shipping fees on payable waybills:

1. After logging in, you can see your point balance and history under Reward Points.
2. Open a waybill that is awaiting payment — the redemption option appears at the bottom of the waybill details.
3. Select Use Points and enter the amount you want to redeem. The system calculates the deductible shipping cost automatically.
4. Confirm and proceed with payment. The deduction will appear in the waybill details once paid.

Note: if bonus points are applicable, they're calculated on the post-deduction total.

Our affiliate program pays you 2% commission for every order placed by users you refer. The more downlines you have, the more you earn — and the commission is credited directly to your top-up balance monthly.

How to set it up:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Affiliate Account.
3. Click Tracking Code and share your unique URL with friends or downlines.
4. Once they register through your link, they become your downline automatically.
5. Check Downline for your referral list, and Transaction for your commission earnings.
