- Click “Register” at the top of the page for registration.
- Fill up all your information (PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY FOR USERNAME).
- Click agree for the Privacy Policy.

- You will automatically login after you have successfully registered.

REWARD POINTS REDEMPTION

- After logging in, reward points will show the customer’s points and point records.

- Go to Product Boughts.
- Choose your item that you want to ship.
- Click ‘Add Product Order’ and ‘Submit Product Order’.
- Choose the warehouse and click Submit.
- Click Confirm.
- Login to our system and go to My Product to check your goods status.
BUY FOR ME
- It’s okay, you can use our Buy For Me services.
- Buy For Me is a service that helps you in purchasing goods from China. You do not need to trouble yourself to learn how to use 1688 / Taobao platform. Our team will handle and purchase your goods on your behalf responsively. The Buy For Me service fee is 3%. The domestic fee is not included in the service charge.
- You can follow the tutorial below:
STEPS TO BUY FOR ME
- Login to your account.
- Click “Buy For Me” on the Menu Tab.
- Please make sure you already top up on your account first.
- Click Top up and choose between Billplz (Internet Transfer) or Bank Transfer (Manual).
- If you choose Billplz the top up will automatically be added to your account.
- If you click on Bank Transfer, you need to fill in your personal information including your bank information.(DO NOT FORGET TO INSERT YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT)
- Wait for our verification to verify your top up request.
- After successfully top up, open Taobao and search for the goods that you want to buy.
- Copy the URL for the goods and paste it on the ‘Buy for me’ search tab.
- After the description goods page appears, select your good’s variation and then click “Add to Cart”.
- If you want to buy something in 1688, do the same things starting from step 8.
- Click “Checkout” after you confirm your items.
- Click “Confirm order” for payment.
- Great! Now you successfully request us to buy your goods!
You can choose 2 different ways to Top Up.
- Billplz (online transfer) – For Billplz, there would be transaction fee charges RM 1.50 if you top up below RM200
- by Bank Transfer.
STEPS TO TOP UP
- Click on “Top up”.
- Choose either Billplz or Bank Transfer.
- If Billplz, fill in the amount that you want to Top up and Click Submit.
- Transaction fee will be included for amounts below RM200.
- Choose your online bank and click Pay.
- For Bank Transfer, fill in your bank information including the amount.
- Insert recipient image as payment evidence.
- Wait for the verification from VT Nation.
- You need to submit your product order. After you successfully top up, you need
to make a payment on your goods and confirm your product order. To understand

STEPS TO SUBMIT PRODUCT ORDER
- Click ‘Confirm Order’.
- Go to ‘My Product’ to check your good’s status.
- You can change or delete the request if the status is still ‘Pending’.
- You can check your goods status at the product order. The tracking number will be provided once your goods are “On the Way”.
STEPS TO CHECK GOODS STATUS

- ‘In Process’: Cannot change and delete but still do not have tracking number.
- ‘On the way’: cannot change or delete and already has a tracking number.
- You need to submit your delivery order to ship your goods from our warehouse (in China) to your house.
STEPS TO SUBMIT DELIVERY ORDER

- Choose your goods that you want to ship.
- Fill your information including shipping address.
- Choose Parcel: If you have our quotation, please click on (VIP).
- After choosing the right parcel, click Submit.
- Go to My Product to check goods status.
- Additional Information: You can change or delete your goods while the status is still pending.

- Once the status is On the Way and the tracking number is provided, you can track the status of your parcel in our system.

- Go to My Product.
- Click on the tracking number to check your parcel.

- There are 3 ZONE. You can refer at the table below:
- Full Volumetric, No Volumetric, and Half Volumetric are the calculation methods of the chargeable weight of goods.

Parcel Insurance
VT Nation provide the insurance services to assure user’s privileges’ on missing parcel or damage goods.
- The minimum insurance fee is RM2 and you can get RM100 compensation.
- The highest insurance fee is RM200 and you can get RM10,000 compensation.
- Missing parcel can claim up to 100% of goods value, must provide invoice/receipt as proof.
- Damage goods can claim up to 10% of goods value, subject to damage inflected.
You have to provide your delivery order to our customer support team to apply for compensation.
If you find that the goods are damaged or missing after receiving the goods and are under insurance, please contact office within 48 hours. Overdue will not be accepted. Please be aware.

- Transportation fee or other charges must be cleared before goods deliver to you.
- No insurance cover but you can purchase insurance separately with us. There is no insurance cover for fragile items. Contact us to find out more.
- There will be extra charges RM50/m3 for Sensitive goods.
- Our company is not liable for any loss or confiscation of counterfeit and branded goods.
- For goods value, our company only collects on behalf of goods, and is not responsible for any purchases from your supplier.

- Any quoted handling charges for warehouse services apply exclusively to ordinary labour involved in receiving goods at Warehouse door, placing goods in storage and returning goods to warehouse door. - For the carriage of goods by any route person
- For the storage, packing, unpacking, transportation, transhipment or other handling of goods by any person at any place whether on shore or afloat and for any length of time.
- For carriage or storage of goods in containers or with other goods of whatever nature.
- Our company shall be entitled but not obliged, to depart or deviate from the customer’s instructions in any respect if in the opinion of the company there is good and reasonable reason to do so in the customer’s interest or is otherwise expedient to do so and it shall not thereby incur any additional liability. The customer shall pay all additional fees reasonably incurred upon demand by the company.
