Parcel Insurance

VT Nation provide the insurance services to assure user’s privileges’ on missing parcel or damage goods.

1. The minimum insurance fee is RM2 and you can get RM100 compensation.
2. The highest insurance fee is RM200 and you can get RM10,000 compensation.
3. Missing parcel can claim up to 100% of goods value, must provide invoice/receipt as proof.
4. Damage goods can claim up to 10% of goods value, subject to damage inflected. 

You have to provide your delivery order to our customer support team to apply for compensation.

If you find that the goods are damaged or missing after receiving the goods and are under insurance, please contact office within 48 hours. Overdue will not be accepted. Please be aware.
